A large “beast” with a taste for sheep is believed to be roaming the most remote parts of Northern Scotland, stripping sheep from their skin and leaving no trace but bones and wool. The mysterious beast’s latest catch is a hefty and healthy ewe of about 50kg. Her wool was neatly peeled off her skin before it was eaten. The carcass was found less than 100 yards from a croft in Swordly. The ewe belonged to Susan Mackay, who is not the first crofter to fall victim of the unknown animal.
Jim Johnston, 66, who lives in the village of Bettyhill, has developed a particular interest in the story and went to the property and photographed Mrs Mackay with the carcass of her sheep. He told the Independent that over the past five years, about 40 sheep have been found dead, apparently killed in one go, all neatly stripped of their skin before being eaten, across an area of about 200 square miles between the parishes of Farr and Tongue.
thought this was very interesting,be sure and hit the CC button to get the subtitles in English. I tend to focus mainly on what people are running into in the United States but it is interesting to hear about what is going on around the world.
Crypto Sweden writes “This is the first part out of three, of an interview I did with a Swedish man who have spent a lot of time documenting the presence of these beings at a site in Jämtland, Sweden. The interview was conducted in July 2016. For subtitles press the CC-button!”
Hamsterly Forest is a large forested area in the North East of England around 2000 hectares of mixed scenic woodland lying between the Wear and Tees valleys on the edge of the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fed by a number of Rivers Hamsterley is a delightful oasis of broadleaved and coniferous woodland, sprawling along the sides of a sheltered valley. It seems the vast forest is home to more than just the usual wild life.
Cryptozoology News shared a story from a lady remembering back to her childhood on a day out with her sister who saw something she has never forgotten.
PORTUGAL — A woman in Portugal claims she and her sister saw two Neanderthals. The 83-year-old Serra da Strela resident told Cryptozoology News she and her sister were caring for a herd of cows when they spotted the two “primitive men”. “I was 5 years old and my sister was 8. We were in a remote area in the Serra da Estrela when we saw two naked men speaking a totally strange language,” she said about the 1939 alleged encounter. “Then we saw them entering a cave.”
The following day, she explains, they decided to check out the cave with their sheep dog. “But when we reached the cave our dog didn’t want to go in. He kept growling and my sister wanted to go back. We could smell smoke that appeared to come from inside the cave.”
Later that day, she reports that when they told their father about the incident he became angry. “He told us he already knew about the existence of these people. He said they were the original peoples who survived in a few numbers and were still living in a primitive state. I remember him saying that there were only about half a dozen individuals left.” The “wild people”, as the woman referred to, were described as being naked and had a yellow skin color.
We welcome everyone here at British Bigfoot regardless of theory or opinion, Its by trading thoughts and discussing the many varied habits and twisting turns in research that we may just find the answers we are looking for. And if not lets enjoy the journey and make new friends as we go.!!!!
Witness statement Emma Adam: I want to report something that happened to me and my sister a few years ago now back in 2013. We still don’t know to this day what we saw, I dont have a name for it and nothing on Google is matching up with it, someone said it could be red deer as they will stand on two feet but this was no deer. We were driving along Limby Hall lane in Swannington in Leicestershire this is just past the Grace Dieu Priory area and we decided on this route as it was new for us and we wanted to walk the dogs somewhere different for a change, my sister lived in Eastwood Nottingham at the time so she came over and slept the night at mine in Whitwick. We were out on the lane and it was getting darkish but there was still plenty enough light to walk our two dogs, I would say it was roughly around Feb and about 10/11 pm time. My sister was the driver and I was the passenger and our dogs were in the back.
