Autumns Diary Prt 2 little folk and stones? Cornish Piskies

I don’t know why I haven’t mentioned this before but I’d like to give an account of a possible encounter I had back in 2007.  It was the beginning of April and I had been visiting Somerset and Cornwall with a friend.  On the night of my encounter, we were in St Austell, staying at a B&B right on the beach.

Isabella’s Journal Part 2 Introduction. Who broke the Deer fence. And shots in the night

Hello  Deborah,

This is Isabella from the far north, somewhere in Scotland where, if you recall, it appears a family of Bigfoot have become habituated to a locality near my home. For more than a year I’ve observed what I can of their presence, after the alpha male of this clan appeared on the hill above my cottage, making himself known for reasons I’m still trying to figure out.

As you know, it’s become clear that his clan communicate — generally undetected — through bird calls.  And what I thought an unusual presence of a huge band of owls in the woods next to my home is actually bigfoot conversing on their travels between the mountains beyond and the river below.  And he watches me as well, having made a hidey-hole in the rhododendron shrubbery over the lane, where he can see me at the dining table as I write.  It even seems that this bigfoot throws primitive woven stick-toys into the garden for my dog.

Isabella’s Journal Part 1 The Gentle Giant on the Hill. Somewhere in Scotland

I was in contact today with a lovely lady who I shall refer to as Isabella, before I continue I would like to keep Isabella’s identity and area a secret, as the account unfolds you will no doubt understand why.

The witness herself was happy to be named, but we both decided in the interest of our Forest Friends Anonymity was probably the best route to take. I can’t thank Isabella enough for allowing me to share this moving and inspiring account with you all.

Monster hunter reveals terrifying British ‘Bigfoot’ encounter

According to an article in the Daily Star Newspaper

Chilling accounts of the UK’s own Bigfoot are fairly common, and many claim to have spotted a glimpse of an ape-like creature roaming the countryside. It comes just months after a photographer told Daily Star Online that he may have captured the first ever footage of a Bigfoot roaming the British countryside.

One such bizarre sighting has been reported by monster hunter Jonathan Downes, who says he had a very “peculiar” encounter which he “still can’t explain” today. While investigating a string of sightings at Bolam lake near Newcastle in Northumberland he claims to have seen an man-like person leaping through a bog.

Is the Hard Stand Monster or the Standing Wolf at Raf Alconbury a British Bigfoot ?

This account was kindly passed to me by Chris J. Huff writer and researcher of all thing strange who came across the story when researching accounts for his work into the paranormal accounts across the UK.

Witness Statement: I almost fell out of my chair when I read your intriguing story and the account of the “hard stand” monster at RAF Alconbury. Just tonight, my father shared with me his stories about this base and it prompted me to do the internet search that brought me to your message. I think you’ll find my father’s experiences at this air force base in the early 1970s very interesting.

He was the NCOIC of a group of 3 men and their dogs, charged with guarding bunkers within a large, fenced area. I believe that nuclear warheads were stored beneath many of these bunkers. One foggy night my father got a radio call that there was an intruder within the perimeter and shots were fired.

The Broomfield Dog like Beast 1990 1994

Witness Statement C. Shaw

I grew up in the countryside near Essex, UK. Back then we lived in a very rural area surrounded by thick woods and fields. There were rivers and streams and fields. There was a small farm down a single track road. My first encounter of this thing that I can only describe as a beast was in our garden at about 11.30pm when I was about 13/14.

Whistles and Stones Thrown. Loch Lomond 2017 British Bigfoot or Ghost on the Loch?

I would like to report something that happened to me and a friend when we were fishing the lochan last month. We are two fisherman from Scotland and we were fishing for pike in a small lochan within the Loch Lomond National Park. It’s something we both enjoy doing, and we try to get outdoors whenever we can.

A Hissing Cat or a British Bigfoot? 2012 Addington Area Surrey (do bigfoots hiss?)

Witness Report C.L. : Do bigfoots hiss? I ask because of a strange experience a friend and I had one night back in 2012. We were eating a Chinese takeaway while watching the stars, on Addington Golf course which is on the outskirts of South London and borders the Kent and Surrey countryside.

So there we were, eating egg foo yung from a plastic container, chatting away enjoying the night, when suddenly we heard the most terrifying hiss! It was the worst noise I’ve ever heard in all my life, and an image instantly came to mind – you know, when a beast bares its teeth and hisses? That’s what it reminded me of, but this noise was made by something far bigger and louder than any cat.

Ambresbury Banks, Epping, Strange Happenings in the Woods

Ambresbury Banks between the Wake arms Roundabout and Epping is another late Iron Age earthwork in the area of Loughton, where I spent much of my teenage years. The fort encompasses an area of 4.5 hectares (11 acres) and is surrounded by a bank of up to 2 m in height, and an impressive ditch in places, which today is quite shallow but once was up to three metres deep and six metres wide. The site has been examined archaeologically 9 times, the first excavation conducted by Augustus Pitt-Rivers in 1881. The defences today have 6 major breaks in their circumference: only one appears to be original. This is approached from the north west by a trapezoidal causeway. The ends of the bank at this point were revetted with coursed pudding stone blocks.

Finds at the site have included flints and flint arrow heads and shards of red, grey and black pottery, which suggest a construction date of around 700 BC and occupation until 42 AD. The hill fort today lies in Epping Forest although it is right next to the B1393 Epping to Loughton road. The area within is completely wooded and crossed by a few paths which are supposed to be only for walkers, for Ambresbury Banks is a scheduled monument, but some use them for motorbikes and cycles because they don’t seem to care about the past.
