Weather- 4.5c to 6c, clear and sunny but later on some cloud cover, visibility very good
Well today was a quick search of Nuney Green, zone 1, my favourite area or old stomping ground. It’s New Year and I thought a quick visit was in order just to show my furry friends last year was not a one off but part of an ongoing process; my ultimate goal is to finally somehow get a Werewolf close enough and take some photos which I hope will show irrefutable proof of these guys. How I do this or how I get them to come to me in a friendly fashion is still a work in progress.
He described the “thing” as wolf like, it was dark, hairy and crouched over, as the witness backed off the almost doglike thing growled at him, This account is one of the many “wolf like” creature reports in the UK.
The Beast of Cannock Chase is back – and on the hard-shoulder. Motorists on Junction 10A of the M6, near Cannock, jammed Highways Agency helplines one Wednesday morning, with reports of a ‘wolf-like creature’ racing between lanes at rush hour. Motorists looked on in disbelief as the three-foot long creature, described as ‘greyish black’, raced between lanes, dodging stunned motorists before diving for cover in nearby trees. Highways Agency staff joined motorway police to hunt for the creature and later stated the ‘beast’ was likely to be a husky dog. But a spokes person at Saga Radio, whose eye-in-the-sky traffic reports were the first to clock the event, said: “Highways staff said that it was probably a husky dog. But everyone who saw it is convinced it was something more than a domestic dog.
Hi Deborah, I have followed your page and youtube channel etc for a while now. And to be honest I always found Bigfoot in the UK a bit of a push to believe, but I am very open minded and am quite well known in Big Cat Research in the Southeast. So I am used to being out in the wilds. I have camped out in many places overnight and spent days out in the woods in the search of Britain’s Large Cats. I know the diverse habitats in the UK and i understand how large intelligent animals can stay hidden from people and thrive quite easily. I’m used to Bush crafting and nature’s structures and even I am finding things I can’t explain, Like the night in question, i’m not claiming it was a wild man or a cat, i’m simply stating some very strange things happened that night, that I can not explain them.
It was a bright Friday morning in November, I was catching a train from Exeter to Bristol at approximately 11:30 AM. The rush hour had gone at this point and there was probably only 30 to 40 people on the platform when the train rolled in.
The train journey was smooth the sky was bright & sun was shining down, soon we had branched away from the motorway and were between the hills and fields and the forest line.
In my carriage way probably 10 to 12 people most of them with their head in either mobile phones or morning newspapers. I haven’t been on a train for years so I was keen to take in the scenery. About 10 miles from Bristol we were travelling through an area and in the fields to my right I saw something large in the middle of the field walking, it was walking kind of hunched over, and all I could tell you was it was a black figure.
Witness Account C Driver: There had been lots of talk about a creature roaming around the mountains close to my home for a few months now. People were talking about it and asking each other, and wondering what it was? At that point it was just local gossip and I hadn’t seen it myself, but that would change only I did not know this at the time.
How do we answer the question of “there is no history of the British Wildman/Bigfoot”?
A legend exists in various forms that giants were either the original inhabitants, or the founders of the land named Albion. As early as the first century Albion and Caldionia and the islands of the Iernians and the Albiones. which are now Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales were noted in historical text as plagued by giants.
These are the very first paintings of Britains Giants, dont let the costume’s fool you, the clothes are the Artists era, and not historically correct.
It was mid July 1979 that Ron and Betty Harper discovered that something powerful and unknown had torn the bark off their old oak tree; also the local animal population – including squirrels and birds – seemed to have vanished and sightings began to surface of something prowling the area day and night. Their goat was badly frightened by something on a number of occasions.
Growing up in in the UK you get used to tales of the wee folk, the trolls and pixies, the Fae and in Lancashire we have the Boggart, often described as small and hairy and a horrible appearance, blamed for many a missing horse blanket or milk from a step. Here are some of the tales of the wee folk I have come across whist researching our forest friends.
See earlier Post: Days had gone past since our first encounter. We discussed at great length what it could have been. Normally you would have a rational explanation but we just couldn’t explain it. Now come on, just how do you climb up a sheer vertical rock face of 30 ft in 3 seconds or less in the dark? We decided to go back in the dark. Not late this time, and we had something for protection.
My gran, who is sadly no longer with us, used to live on Broomhill estate, Knottingley. About half a mile north of Niners. So it was a good place to meet, Lee and myself got ready at her house. We were going prepared this time.
I had a BSA meteor air rifle on which I had ‘under slung’ a powerful 3d cell torch. Not exactly a 12 gauge but it felt good to have it as we climbed over my grans back garden wall and headed for Niners once again. The night was still and quiet as we walked across the fields.
