Wirral Werewolves Globe Article. Girls changes to a wolf whilst in labour???

WELCOME to Haunted Wirral, a feature series written by world famous psychic researcher, Tom Slemen for the Globe.

In this latest tale, Tom explores Wirral’s werewolves…

No rational system of explanation can currently throw any light on the werewolf phenomenon.

How can a person change into an animal and afterwards revert to a human being again?

Our DNA contains the DNA of many ‘lower’ animals, and believe it or not, when the human genome was finally sequenced in 2003, it was discovered that humans, dogs and wolves share 84% of the same DNA.

In theory, a werewolf could be created by genetically modifying a human with lupine DNA, but this would take time, whereas the bona fide werewolf undergoes metamorphosis within the minute.

The Dorset Cave Man. Have You Seen Him? Lyme Regis

A MYSTERY ‘caveman’ was spotted in the woods along the coastal path.

He was snapped by holidaymaker Nuala Hamilton from the Mull of Kintyre.

Ms Hamilton, 43, had travelled to Lyme Regis on holiday with a friend and her greyhound Judy to look for fossils.

The group had gone to the undercliff area between Beer and Seaton because they had been told that it ‘was like walking through a rainforest’ when the incident occurred.

Ms Hamilton said: “It was a very weird experience but I didn’t feel threatened or scared at all.

Judy had run on ahead and normally greyhounds are very placid and don’t bark but she let out a high pitched bark, like she had been startled.

“We went to see what had happened and saw this man.

“I had my camera in my hand ready and just took the picture.

“When I first saw him it looked like he was doing Tai Chi but I don’t know.”

She added: “It looked like he had deliberately dressed up like a caveman. He definitely seemed to know what he was doing.”

The man then disappeared into the undergrowth. Ms Hamilton said: “I just thought he was a hippy type in the woods but I would love to know if anyone else has seen him.”

She added: “I didn’t get any bad vibes or feel vulnerable. He was just minding his own business.”

Cannock Chase Beast, Bigfoot? Werewolf, or both!!!! Part 1

Wolf Like Cannock Creature 30/6/06

The Beast of Cannock Chase is back – and on the hard-shoulder. Motorists on Junction 10A of the M6, near Cannock, jammed Highways Agency helplines one Wednesday morning, with reports of a ‘wolf-like creature’ racing between lanes at rush hour. Motorists looked on in disbelief as the three-foot long creature, described as ‘greyish black’, raced between lanes, dodging stunned motorists before diving for cover in nearby trees. Highways Agency staff joined motorway police to hunt for the creature and later stated the ‘beast’ was likely to be a husky dog. But a spokes person at Saga Radio, whose eye-in-the-sky traffic reports were the first to clock the event, said: “Highways staff said that it was probably a husky dog. But everyone who saw it is convinced it was something more than a domestic dog.

Bush Crafting in Hensol forest. A night of Stalking and Shadowing

There are more researchers than people realise, split across differing social platforms, that are out looking and making note of strange experiences and finds they come across. I am often asked if I do this work alone, and many are surprised when I tell them of hundreds of new people who work quietly in the background, searching online or out in the woods and the community is growing daily.. As we reach out into other subjects like Bush craft and Wild Camping we tap into another source, a source of people used to being out there in the “wild” used to the noises and finds that are natural, as you will see from the reports I will release this week, we are being contacted by them, everyday a new witness from the outdoors community comes forward. This is just one of the seven reports I have taken this week alone.

Bigfoot Sighting From a Train 30/11/17

It was a bright Friday morning in November, I was catching a train from Exeter to Bristol at approximately 11:30 AM. The rush hour had gone at this point and there was probably only 30 to 40 people on the platform when the train rolled in.
The train journey was smooth the sky was bright & sun was shining down, soon we had branched away from the motorway and were between the hills and fields and the forest line.

In my carriage way probably 10 to 12 people most of them with their head in either mobile phones or morning newspapers. I haven’t been on a train for years so I was keen to take in the scenery.  About 10 miles from Bristol we were travelling through an area and in the fields to my right I saw something large in the middle of the field walking, it was walking kind of hunched over, and all I could tell you was it was a black figure.

A Nottingham Werewolf, Bilborough 1994

I wanted to contact you Deborah as I have carried this with me for decades and whenever I have tried to share it, im never believed. It happened close to Harvey Hadden stadium, Bilborough Nottingham it’s all been built on now but at the time it was all open fields and a nice place to be.

Well it happened about 24 years ago now,  I live in Nottingham and I am a very open minded Person, back then I was going out with a girl and I always walked her home at night going the same way every time, through a path and then we always walked down a long cut through. Same walk every time and we never had any problems, until one night I had walked her home and was returning to my home when it happened.  Im not the sort of person who scares easily, but this changed my perspective on things after it happened and I have never been able to forget it.

Autumns Diary Prt 2 little folk and stones? Cornish Piskies

I don’t know why I haven’t mentioned this before but I’d like to give an account of a possible encounter I had back in 2007.  It was the beginning of April and I had been visiting Somerset and Cornwall with a friend.  On the night of my encounter, we were in St Austell, staying at a B&B right on the beach.

Isabella’s Journal Part 3 & Part 4 Schiehallion Faerie Mountain and the missing children legend

Hello Deb,

Isabella here from the high hills of Scotland.  I thought I’d try to provide another update as winter closes in.

The local shoot has been in the fields every day since last week – except in the pouring rain when they had to stay by the fire.  So it’s not a time for Bigfoot – or me for that matter – to be out and about.  The biggest news from this site is that the landowner in our area, [who had his fences torn down if you recall], has apparently decided it was a fluke or random vandalism and is replacing them all. I can only predict that next March they’ll be gone again when the clan demand their territory and the right to roam once more.  I suppose we’ll see who wins out.  But I know who I’m betting on anyway.

Meanwhile, I thought I’d report on an encounter with a fleeing herd of red deer that happened last spring and might interest your listeners.  First, it’s important to say that in this area, we seldom come across the stags.  They seem to inhabit the loftiest areas.  The hinds are regular visitors in the lower hills though.  We see them and their young all the time, a few here and there and mostly at night.
